Our first Community HUB in Milano Porta Romana has recently undergone a remarkable transformation, emerging as the new DoveVivo headquarters in the city. After months of dedication and overcoming numerous challenges, we are thrilled with the outcome. This ambitious project brought together multiple stakeholders from both DoveVivo and Extravega, whose collaboration was key to its success.

The renovation at Open by DoveVivo, located in the heart of Milan, encompassed a wide range of civil works, including new flooring, plasterboard installation, painting, masonry, and false ceilings, while carefully preserving and protecting existing architectural elements. The intervention also extended to the outdoor areas, with the reorganization of the dehor, terraces, and external flooring. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were also upgraded to meet the latest standards.

Inside, the redesign focused on optimizing space and functionality. This involved demolishing walls, connecting the two floors with a newly installed staircase, and integrating state-of-the-art automatic doors. The entrance, bistro, and kitchen areas were reimagined, while coworking spaces and offices were enhanced with new glazed partitions, provided by TIS The Italian Sign, ensuring both elegance and practicality for modern work environments.
