At the heart of an exclusive residence, a monumental staircase rises: bold, sculptural, and precisely engineered. Its central spine, a custom-made oval pipe, has been skillfully compressed and shaped to evolve dynamically, its dimensions and curvature shifting in perfect harmony with the staircase’s flowing form.

Then come the parapets and handrail, where engineering meets art. The glass parapet defies convention. Panels alternate between convex and concave, straight and curved. The handrail, a sleek steel plate sheathed and finished by a handmade resin sculpture realized by a pioneer studio of bespoke resin and architectural objects.

At its base, the pipe opens and transforms with striking elegance, blossoming from the ground like a calla lily, a gesture both structural and poetic.
