The Elisa, an exclusive 11-story residential building at 251 West 14th Street in Manhattan, stands as a refined architectural statement in Chelsea. Designed by the esteemed Isay Weinfeld and built by Pizzarotti, the structure is defined by its floor-to-ceiling windows, which create an open and luminous living experience while offering panoramic views of the city.

Extravega played a key role in bringing this architectural vision to life by engineering, fabricating, and installing a range of custom elements, including highly bespoke windows, panels, storefronts, bulkheads, and louvers. Notably, the windows produced by Extravega are among the largest ever installed in a residential building in Manhattan, a testament to our expertise in delivering complex and high-precision architectural solutions.

Seamlessly integrated into the façade, these expansive glass surfaces, framed by refined materials, contribute to the building’s unique aesthetic, balancing transparency and structural excellence. This achievement underscores Extravega’s commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and the realization of visionary architecture.
