Nestled in the vibrant heart of the city, this boutique hotel redefines hospitality with a fusion of elegance, innovation, and meticulous craftsmanship. Every detail has been carefully curated to transform each guest into the true host of the space. Designed by Guido Ciompi Architects, Extravega shaped the lobby into a captivating focal point, where a custom-engineered rocking sofa floats at the center, seamlessly integrated with an illuminated suspension system embedded in the ceiling.

The ambiance is elevated by a semi-oxidized corten floor enriched with an opaque resin finish, while the tailor-made reception desk, crafted from iron mirror with beveled etched edges, brings a refined aesthetic. A sculptural oxidized corten staircase, clad in resin panels, ascends with effortless grace, leading guests through the space. Alongside, a textured brick wall interplays with oxidized, embossed steps and lacquered wooden shelves, elegantly backlit to enhance depth and warmth.

In the bar area, Extravega brought to life a striking 6-meter-long bespoke sofa, complemented by resin paneling and an imposing double-height sliding glass partition. The handcrafted metal furnishings of the bar harmonize with custom corten tables, finished in a waxed, high-gloss lacquer that reflects the synergy between materiality and artistry.
